Reperio Partners is an Atlanta-based executive consultancy that specializes in helping bright, motivated, and achievement-oriented people be more successful. Our coaching work focuses on strengthening interpersonal efficiency to enhance business outcomes.

Objective, supportive and tailored, our coaching solutions are grounded in one principle: subtle, targeted modifications in human behavior can yield enduring positive outcomes.

For TOP-MANAGEMENT TEAMS, we collaborate to ensure alignment on business values, mission, strategy and execution; highlight potential blind spots in team operation; strengthen communication; advise on assessment, succession and development initiatives.

For SENIOR EXECUTIVES, we enhance personal & interpersonal efficiency, leadership capabilities, and client connectivity through perspective-taking, identification/management of interpersonal risk factors, and development of underutilized skills.

For EMERGING LEADERS, we provide an objective, external viewpoint for clarity and to foster enterprise wide thinking; anticipate, identify, and navigate issues associated with role transition; develop leadership, business development, and client-relations skills needed in roles with greater span.

We help our clients thrive amid the intensity of such fields as financial services, law, real estate and technology, among others. We stridently protect our clients’ confidentiality and provide references upon request. In general, professionals who flourish with coaching tend to possess three related attributes:

MOTIVATION to be more effective. People differ in how much they truly want to commit themselves to being more effective. Coaching has the greatest utility for individuals willing to make and adhere to this commitment.

HUMILITY for the task. Personal and professional growth is not always linear nor comfortable, and it rarely is immediate. To paraphrase one of the world’s top leaders, growth and comfort do not coexist.

OPEN-MINDEDNESS. Successful people who want to be more– and differently– successful relish consideration of ideas and perspectives discrepant from their own. Rather than being threatened by alternative viewpoints, successful people embrace and utilize them in the service of their objectives.
