Dr. Brian McMahon

Brian McMahon is compelled by the imperative of companies to identify leaders relentless in the delivery of business results, hardwired to not place personal goals ahead of those of the enterprise, and acutely aware of the impact people have on one another. Guided by this critical objective, Brian leveraged his insights into executive assessment, top-management team functioning and personality processes to develop the framework of the SaFE™ methodology, Reperio Partners’ proprietary executive-assessment solution.

Brian has assessed senior executives at a variety of Fortune 500 companies. He has worked for a boutique leadership consulting firm, a global executive-search firm and a Fortune 50 company, and his research has been presented at the Annual Conference of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, among other venues.

A former journalist, Brian holds a B.A. from California State University, San Marcos and M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in industrial-organizational psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology, where he was a President’s Fellow. He serves on the board of the Peachtree Hills Civic Association and is involved with The Posse Foundation in Atlanta, where he recently was named Volunteer of the Year. He is fluent in Spanish.
